Buy Premium Pinch Pleat Curtains in Dubai

Folds sewn in by hand. Not gathered, not pulled by a cord. Every pleat is stitched at the top and fanned open, so the fabric drops in clean, even lines from ceiling to floor. Made in our workshop, fitted in your home.

The Difference Between A Curtain That Hangs And One That’s Built

Most curtain headers gather fabric and hope for the best. Pencil pleat pulls a cord. Eyelet threads through a ring. Both rely on the fabric to find its own shape every time you open and close. Most headers rely on a cord or a ring. The fabric finds its own shape. Sometimes it looks great. Sometimes it doesn’t.

There’s no tape with a drawcord like pencil pleat. A tailor folds each pleat, pins it down, and stitches it shut. Takes a while. That labour is what you’re paying for. We don’t hide that. If you want the look but the budget is tight, pencil pleat gets you close for less.

Two fingers vs three at each fold. Double is the slimmer one, sits a bit flatter, reads modern. That’s the one you see in villa living rooms and hotel lobbies. Hard to tell the difference from a photo though. We carry both samples in the van so you can hold them up to your actual window.

Works fine, looks completely different though. Sheer in pinch pleat comes out sharp, almost stiff at the top. Heavier stuff like velvet or cotton comes out soft and full. Most people we fit for end up doing pinch pleat on the main curtain and a basic flat sheer running behind on its own track.

Yeah. The blackout gets stitched onto the back before we form the pleats. So from your side of the room you just see fabric. From the window side, the blackout layer. One doesn’t interfere with the other. Most bedroom orders already come with it.

Slower than other styles, won’t lie about that. The workshop needs about 5 to 7 working days per room once fabric is picked. Fitting itself is quick, usually wrapped up in a morning. We lay out the full timeline when we visit so there’s no guessing on your end.
