15-Day Return Policy

Eligible ready-made products may be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery, provided they meet the return conditions outlined in this policy.

To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be returned within 15 days of delivery.
  • Be unused, unwashed, and uninstalled.
  • Be in their original condition.
  • Include all original packaging, labels, and accessories.
  • Show no signs of damage caused by the customer.

Returns requested after the 15-day period may not be accepted.

Custom-Made Products

Most of our curtains and blinds are custom-made according to your selected measurements, fabric, color, design, lining, and other specifications.

As these products are manufactured specifically for your order, custom-made curtains and blinds cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has started, except where:

  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The item has a verified manufacturing defect.
  • The product was damaged during delivery.
  • A return or refund is required under applicable consumer protection laws.

We kindly ask customers to review all measurements and order details carefully before confirming a custom order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue promptly, we may request:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photographs of the product.
  • A brief explanation of the issue.

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, repair, exchange, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production or processing begins.

Once production has started on a custom-made order, cancellations are generally not possible because materials and manufacturing have already been allocated specifically for your order.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved in the following situations:

  • An eligible order is cancelled before production begins.
  • An approved return is received and passes inspection.
  • A product has a confirmed manufacturing defect that cannot reasonably be repaired or replaced.
  • An incorrect item was supplied and cannot be exchanged.
  • A refund is required under applicable law.

All refund requests are subject to review and approval.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made curtains.
  • Custom blinds.
  • Products manufactured to customer specifications.
  • Installed products without a verified manufacturing issue.
  • Products altered after delivery.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or accidental damage.
  • Products ordered using incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.
  • Clearance, clearance sale, or final sale items (where applicable).

Return Process

To request a return, please contact our customer support team within the applicable return period.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

Please do not send products back without prior authorization.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved because of our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include covering the return shipping costs.

For approved returns that are not due to our error, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Inspection of Returned Products

All returned products are inspected upon receipt.
